Our tonneau covers are made in our Nelson factory – custom made and designed to align with your style and practical requirements.
We are only able to complete this work if you are based in Nelson as we require the vehicle for a day for manufacture. This is to ensure that we can get a perfect fit for your ute.
Our tonneau covers are made using a fabric with a high UV filter rate, and sewn with a UV rated thread. This means it far outlasts the cheaper options and is resistant to tears. Manufacture includes the fittings for the ute and the cover, the bar to lift the cover in the middle, and all bungy loops are reinforced for long wear. Our limited warranty for workmanship is two years.
Should you like to book in, we will require the ute to be dropped in for the day and we will make your tonneau cover to fit. On delivery of the vehicle, we will assess the design to ensure our standard model will fit, or make any modifications with you before you leave and advise if there will be any changes to the price.
