Our liners are manufactured using either polypropylene or polyethylene coated fabric, specifically designed for a wide range of water and effluent containment and storage applications. This is a light but strong fabric, as opposed to the much heavier traditional pond lining material, making it much easier and faster to install. The liner is made by us in our workshop and then shipped to site, which eliminates weather related stoppages and potential contamination of the welding joins.

In addition, we have used other materials for a wide range of lining applications such as storm water detention tanks, fuel spillage containment and railway sidings.

Measuring for your Liner

Measure following the red line in the diagram below

Trench – the bigger the dam, the bigger and wider the trench will need to be – speak with your contractor.

Slope of walls – usually around 1:3 ratio – the larger the dam, the longer the walls – speak with your contractor.

We are liner experts so make sure you seek advice from a civil contractor first, they are the earthworks and design experts.
